Family Therapy:

A large part of who we become stems from our origins.  Maintaining stability in the family system is important for growth and development for each of its members.  Learning to communicate effectively and resolve conflict within the family can be dramatically improved using skills taught by a therapist.

Individual Therapy:

It is common in life that we are faced with obstacles that are overwhelming and leave us feeling stuck or unsure.  A one on one session with a therapist to process struggles in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment can be very helpful to navigate towards desirable outcomes.

Couples Therapy:

Managing our own lives with certainty and ease can be a challenge.  It is not unusual that battles and misunderstandings occur when we add an intimate relationship with another person into our lives, our space and our decisions.  Having a professional third party to work through tough times and bring clarity to issues in order to move forward in a healthy way is necessary at times.

Group Therapy:

We are usually not as alone as we feel when dealing with an issue.  It is possible that other people in your area have similar concerns or have been through similar situations.  Coming together with other people on a topic to discuss your experience, process feelings and learn coping with the guidance of one or two counselors can be rewarding.
